This place is an absolute joke. Majority of the staff are extremely unprofessional and have no idea what's going on with your case after you call and wait 30-40 minutes on the phone to speak to someone. They are always losing paperwork and giving out misinformation regarding your case, which makes it seem impossible to get approved. The staff needs to do their job right or give their position to someone who will.
it doesnt matter the day or time of the year they constantly lose the paperwork they receive. the whole system is ridiculous they don't help the people that really need the help.
Takes them 10 days to enter a simple documents for approval. Terrible staff. I believe they need to give the jobs to the people who are applying for help. I am sure they can do a better job.
Will not answer the phone. And if you go to the office be prepared to wait for hours. All because they messed up
Rude!!! Workers try to intimidate participates. They are not interested/wanting to apply theirselves or go the extra mile for those who don't understand the system. And when those who have been waiting for hours, they are extremely quick to get the ARMED sheriff to bully the people or put them in their place. Sad to see what happens to under work and under paid public services has come to. When It is a deadline for the participants to get their paperwork in and or possibly facing termination...they will reprimand the participant if they miss their time but the caseworker can take as long as they want, extending the time for as long as they want. And they will retaliated if you question them or have intelligence about yourself. A complete overhaul is needed with this system and sensitivity training. This is from a personal and professional opinion point of view.
