This a trailer park
There are other parks in Hamilton that are much nicer than this place. I wouldn't want to rent from someone so unprofessional, rude and demeaning! I hope and pray no one has to go through renting to a man like that.. I'm happy the Universe intervened for me!! & let me know it just wasn't meant to be, because I guarantee renting from him would of been a nightmare.

This place is horrible!!! I knew someone who lived here and she complained about the partying the noise and the cops all the time. I'm a single Mom with two boys so a trailer is all I can afford. Even though I heard the horrible rumors of this place I still checked it out. I found a trailer that I thought was really cute and looked clean enough inside so I really wanted it! I called the number provided and never got an answer. I hung out in the park and got to know a couple residents and they informed me he never answers which is very unprofessional. Finally I found the maintenance crew and they helped me track him down I showed up on a day they knew he would be there. They were also nice enough to give me an application and I turned it in the "office" mailbox. So.... There's no office and unfortunately the owner was extremely rude!! I left in tears because he was so demeaning to me. He knew I was the one who left him 3 messages. Well, obviously he got my messages! I was anxious and very interested! One little phone call back would of saved me a lot of wasted time, but obviously he's not even that caring or considerate!!!!! Thanks to him I found a home in a much cleaner community that comes with a stove and refrigerator (because he works out a "deal" with you if you want those) for a lower price, and is in much better shape, in a much cleaner community!! Thank God because I was ready with cash in hand.
