Amazing, sometimes hard to get around with my disability, but definitely worth the effort. They do have "art carts" (golf carts) you can rent to help with getting around.
A wonderful place to visit.. The Christmas display is fantastic! They really put a lot of thought and work into it.. The lake display was one of our favorites. Plan on going back in the summer. We drove an hour and 15 minutes and every minute was worth it. It was $25 a car load but it was well earned... I think it is a must see.. Merry Christmas and thank you so much for allowing us to visit.
Wonderful slice of culture right here locally. I love to visit and see what's newly installed, as well as traveling installations. The sculptures are top notch, and the land is pretty/easy to traverse. If you want to make a day of it, they offer "art carts" for rental, painted by local art students. Just a wonderful little local treasure.
We found a Groupon for Pyramid Hill and decided to go check it out. We had a great time exploring the park with our family. I took my two children, 5 and 2, and they had a great time running and playing in the park. This would make a great picnic spot. It's also easy to see many of the sculptures from the car, which is wonderful for those who have a difficult time walking as much. The staff were all very friendly and more than willing to answer our questions. We really enjoyed our time here and would like to come back and explore more on another day!
We found out about this place through a Groupon deal. It's an absolutely beautiful park. The admission is certainly worth every penny; $8 for adults. The park is well maintained and the staff was very nice and informative. We are excited to return.
