The scheduling was easy; the movers were cheerful, efficient & very careful with our items. Highly recommended & I will use them again.

We had a horrible experience with this company. The house we moved from was not boxed up for the movers when they arrived and the crew immediately began complaining. I explained that we had been out of town and that I would gladly compensate them for any extra time and that we just needed the job done. The 3 men protested that they were not the "packing crew" that they were the "moving crew" and the whining began. They also forgot the 3 boxes and the dish pack I had requested. I witnessed one crew member drop a wooden trunk of mine and another crew member scowl because our water was already turned off (it was a hot summer day and they didn't even bring drinks; we gave them one of the gatorades that my wife had bought). Once we ran out of boxes they claimed that they were done and closed up their giant truck with it less than half full. They pulled away as I was running after the truck with stuff in my hands. They left us behind with a full shed and quite a few things still left in the kitchen and closets. My wife and I were there for three more hours and had both of our trucks and one small trailer full when we left. We had to leave quite a few things behind. After they left it took them 5&1/2 hours to drive 182 miles (from Beattyville, Ky to Hamilton, Oh). The original quote was $1200, but they charged our card $1500. Lisa claimed she would call us back and follow up; I never heard from them again. These guys were extremely rude to me, my wife, and my mother. Most importantly they didn't do their job and they made what is already an unpleasant thing into a sad, disaster of a day. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.
