We tried to express our dissatisfaction to the waitress but she just wasn't having it (I assume she was new since I hadn't seen her here the last time I visited Ohio(about a month ago). She was not only nasty but she also refused to assist us.
The food that came from the cooks was subpar. Plain bread with zero flavor on the bread sticks and pizza crust. All the bread was dry and almost unbeatable. It was like eating cardboard. I have eaten here before and had a much better experience. But the hostess and server were very timid and obviously new and very little help with fixing the situation. Obviously Saturday afternoons are not the time to eat there.
If you desire rude customer service and poorly prepared food, this is the place for you. Otherwise, heed my words and EAT ELSEWHERE!
After this we asked for the check, wanting to get out of there as soon as possible. Considering how rude the employee was, it was a fair guess that the manager who hired her would be just as nasty.
At this one you can warm up. But it needs to be quick. So we will do eigths, then accent tap. Play in the center! :)
I ordered my usual when going to places like this. A half pepperoni, half black olive. You would think that this wouldn't be too challenging of an order for them (Considering my girlfriend is vegetarian, she can't eat meat). Not only did the order come out as both toppings on all sides but by the time it got to us, the food was cold.

Love their food and service vut tried to order online and it stuck at order payment. Wouldn't work properly so they just lost a 70.00 good order. We will go elsewhere. Sorry.
