Takes forever to get an appointment. And if no availability that week u have to keep calling til you do. You can only schedule 2 people on the phone and if there is more you have to call back. Then if its to full on the waiting list it hangs up on you. Your in the waiting room forever. I've had better doctors. They are not too bad but are not the best.
This is a great clinic dor adults and kids. If you are sick they will try to get you in same day and offer many services to the public in butler county. Plus they will see anyone with or without insurance and especially medicaid!
They are the worst clinic ever regardless of insurance or no insurance I don't see why you have to call every single day at 8 am to try to get an app to its just rediculous my husband was referred there cause of severe nerve damage an cause he has no health insurance they can't take him an here they suppose to be for everyone people should be served equally this is the worst place ever I wouldn't even take my dog there if it was dying an they are just some rude ass people
Rude people. Takes forever to get into in your kid is sick , took 4 days for my daughter to get in I had to call every day so I ended up taking her to the hospital and she had a double ear infection with a respiratory infections. And when she did get in after the nurse took her height and weight took over an hour for the LPN to come in to check her out. Wouldn't recommend this doctors office.
