Let's not forget that this experience would be slightly different if their customer service associates would actually leave the front desk to walk around and assist their client base, that would have made it nth degree better.

I had a very good experience at this location of ULTA. I was hesitant at first to shop there because I read some bad reviews online. My shopping experience was very good. There were plenty of sales staff available and they were very helpful. I took about 20 minutes looking for new cologne and never once did I feel pressured into hurrying up or making a decision. I asked the sales staff for recommendations and they were eager to help. I loved the way they were willing to help but not "overly helpful" and annoying. I purchased my item and I am very satisfied.

Absolutely the worst Ulta location in the tri-state. I don't really understand how they ever run out of Paul Mitchell hair product... NONE of the other locations - from Hyde Park to Colerain - ever run out... but low and behold it's the closest in proximity to my work. Unfortunately every single time I swing in my lunch hour is a waste; low and behold they're out of product again.
As long as I have been coming to this location, I have never had a bad experience until today. The cashier that waited on me was rude,rude, rude!!!! Elizabeth should learn how to deal with customers, your attitude makes the whole store look bad! #checkthatattitude!
