Everyone I have come in contact with has been helpful.

I was forced to sell at far less than 80% of the value. The judge encouraged the Ohio AG's lawyer to force an art sale on the cheap to his own client. See Cicero's Verrine Orations on the sale of statuary.

Whatever happened to pro se and the constitutional ability for everyone to access the courts equally? The probate clerk tells me the court only accepts deed searches done by an attorney. So they force you to pay for an attorney to access their court.

Horrible! Every single person working for Butler County courts is extremely rude, unhelpful, and horrible! They are the most hateful people I have ever come in contact with!
