The staff takes pride in getting the job done on our cars efficiently and effectively. We are always going to take our cars to Jeff Pohlman because we believe they have the best service anywhere.

My experience with them hasn't been the best. Everytime I go there I feel like they are ripping me off for a ridiculous amount. I had a new rack and pinion put on my car $200 somewhere else and Jeff Pohlman wanted to charge me over $400 to put a new one on. If they were good mechanics they would be able to get the job done with in days instead of weeks.The one in Middletown doesn't want you buying your own parts and wants to charge you for parts and labor. If it's family owned and operated why is every shop different. They do whatever they want it seems like. Just like any high market labor shop. My recommendation is to go to an honest street mechanic they're not all bad either. Or if anyone in your family can fix cars that's your best bet! I had all of my leaks fixed for $600 and they charged me $800 without the parts. If you wouldn't recommend your own family to come to Jeff Pohlman why work there? Smdh
