I find it crazy that Chili's is ALWAYS busy and they have horrible food, and Max and Erma's is right across the way and never as busy as Chili's. You are missing out if you haven't eaten here. This is a very under rated restaurant. 5 stars again and again!
Place was filthy and the service was horrible. Don't waste your money
Our server Natalie did an excellent job keeping our drinks full, and making sure we had everything we needed! Everything was timed perfectly, even with an appetizer. Food was delicious and hot. Very well impressed. Couldnt have a better first impression. Needless to say, I will be back. May very well be a new common eatery. Leaving stuffed, and very satisfied! Thank you!
Everything was very good. I got the fish sandwich with regular tartar sauce.perfect portion if fries. Our service was great also.
I ordered a salad with no blue cheese. The salad came with blue cheese. I complained to the waitress, and returned the salad. The new salad came out without blue cheese, except the chicken was covered with it. Instead of cooking new chicken they picked the old chicken off and put it on the new salad. Instead of comping the entire bill, they just took the salad off because I refused to accept another salad or a different meal. I will not be eating there again.
We have NEVER had a bad meal here. The service is ALWAYS GREAT! The manager checks on his customers and makes sure everyone is happy. You can't go wrong with the chicken tortilla soup !
