Airport Administrator has a less than cordial relationship with the Hogan family and treats Butler County residents unfairly. His county policy at the airport does not allow use of SBA loans for small businesses. The Butler County's policy to support small business at the airport STINKS. As a recent combat Veteran, I have not been able to use a service provided by my Country because of this deficient policy. Might as well have just spit at me at the airport as I came back from Iraq.
